Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our offering, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your booking up to two weeks prior to your booking, you may rebook your reservation without any charge. In the event a reservation is unavailable when a booking is made, we will contact you to offer alternative options.

Should you need to cancel within two weeks of your booking, you may rebook however if we’re unable to fill your seats you will incur a 50% charge of your original booking.

You can always transfer your reservation to another person.
Allergens

We cannot ensure ingredients made elsewhere are free from allergens. However, wherever possible we make everything on site in our Studio kitchen at Spode.

If you have allergens, please make us aware during booking and we'll alter your serving where possible.

Stir-Up Sunday is all about coming together, sharing stories and making something wonderful.

Join us at Hidden to create your very own rich, indulgent Christmas pudding, packed with festive flavours and ready to take home, mature and enjoy on Christmas Day.

We’ll provide all the ingredients and guide you through the process, along with a warming bowl of homemade soup, freshly baked bread and a glass of mulled wine.

Bring along your own 1.2-litre pudding bowl, or we’ll provide one for an additional £5.
