Before the lights go down and Hidden begins, we’re opening the doors for some informal gatherings around bread, smoke, stories and sharing boards.
Taking influence from Florence, Dresden and the historic farm of Spratslade, we have created a deliboard menu to capture what was, is and can be.
Join us as we invite you into our new space at Sutherland Works before we open our doors fully. You get to see what’s behind our doors first.
Drinks served on the day will be a selection of soft drinks, coffee and tea,
As well as curated drinks from the areas surrounding Dresden and Florence
Expect fruity Chianti, vin santo as well as refreshing Riesling and Staffordshire sparkling.
And of course Negroni, Florence’s favourite aperitif

Cheese- a duo of traditional Cheddleton cheese, rich smoked cheese fondu
Plant based- king oyster mushroom skewers, celeriac, onion and apple terrine, fermented nut cheese
