Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our offering, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your booking up to two weeks prior to your booking, you may rebook your reservation without any charge. In the event a reservation is unavailable when a booking is made, we will contact you to offer alternative options.

Should you need to cancel within two weeks of your booking, you may rebook however if we’re unable to fill your seats you will incur a 50% charge of your original booking.

You can always transfer your reservation to another person.

Allergens

We cannot ensure ingredients made elsewhere are free from allergens. However, wherever possible we make everything on site in our Studio kitchen at Spode.

If you have allergens, please make us aware during booking and we'll alter your serving where possible.

Before the lights go down and Hidden begins, we’re opening the doors for some informal gatherings around bread, smoke, stories and sharing boards.

Taking influence from Florence, Dresden and the historic farm of Spratslade, we have created a deliboard menu to capture what was, is and can be. 

Join us as we invite you into our new space at Sutherland Works before we open our doors fully. You get to see what’s behind our doors first. 

Drinks served on the day will be a selection of soft drinks, coffee and tea, 
As well as curated drinks from the areas surrounding Dresden and Florence 
Expect fruity Chianti, vin santo as well as refreshing Riesling and Staffordshire sparkling.

And of course Negroni, Florence’s favourite aperitif

Deli board menu 
  • Sharing Deli Board £15 pp
  • Warm Flat bread (schiacciata)
  • White bean and roasted  garlic dip
  • Applewood smoked  heritage tomatoes
  • Charred courgettes, mint and chilli
  • Pickled vegetables
  • Whipped baba ganoush 
  • Garden leaves and herbs
  • Oil, chutney and ketchup 

There will also be sides and dessert available to enhance your experience.
Add Meat, Fish, Cheese or Plant based for £10 pp or a mix for £15pp

Meat- salt beef, smoked chicken, salami

Fish- smoked salmon, crispy calamari, mackerel and horseradish pate 

Cheese- a duo of traditional Cheddleton cheese, rich smoked cheese fondu 

Plant based- king oyster mushroom skewers, celeriac, onion and apple terrine, fermented nut cheese
